1. Intellectual Property & Generated Themes (GPL License)

The code generated by ConvertElementor (including WordPress theme files such as functions.php, style.css, front-page.php, and custom Elementor widgets extending \Elementor\Widget_Base) is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+) in full harmony with WordPress core licensing.

• You retain full ownership of any original HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and media assets that you input into our converter.
• You are free to use, modify, distribute, or sell the generated WordPress themes for personal or commercial client projects without paying any royalties or attribution fees to ConvertElementor.
• The ConvertElementor brand name, logo, 3D interface designs, and proprietary converter algorithms remain the intellectual property of ConvertElementor Studio.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ConvertElementor solely for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to use the platform to generate or distribute:

• Themes containing malicious scripts, viruses, backdoors, or phishing mechanisms.
• Content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, defamation, or infringement of third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Scraped or stolen commercial themes and plugins in violation of digital copyright laws.

3. Trademark Acknowledgment

ConvertElementor is an independent developer utility and software engineering tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the WordPress Foundation or Elementor Ltd.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ConvertElementor provides all tools, theme generators, presets, and tutorials on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure 100% compliance with WordPress and Elementor standards, we do not guarantee that generated themes will be error-free or compatible with every third-party plugin or server hosting environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConvertElementor, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our software tools, including but not limited to loss of data, server downtime, or website conflicts.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
